What happens once my estimate gets approved?

Now that your estimate has been approved, here's what to expect next. 1. Receive Proof 2. Production and 3. Shipment Tracking.

  1. PROOF

    We will produce an art proof and email it to you for approval. This may take a few working days depending on customer change requests to the proof, when job must be delivered and the workload of our art department.

  2. PRODUCTION

    Once we receive your final art approval, your project will be moved to the production phase the following day.

  3. SHIPMENT TRACKING

    You will receive an auto-generated email with the tracking information directly from our shipper software.  Tracking numbers are typically sent by the automated system at the end of each day.  Note: Depending on your email client and spam filtering services, these emails can sometimes end up in your spam/clutter/junk folders.

We ask for 3-5 working days to produce and ship most orders with the exception of printed lanyards, wristbands or very large complex projects.

 

RUSH JOBS - We can typically produce projects in less than 3-5 working days for a an additional production fee.
